Shipping policy

Shipping within Cairo/Giza:

 

Please note that ship lead times are estimates and based on our current production. To minimize shipping costs, all orders shipped within Cairo are done so through the company’s personal driver. This is due to high shipping rates most reputable shipping companies charge for, and to ensure that our products are delivered to you damage-free.

 

  • Shipping times within Cairo are between 1-10 business days. This will depend on several factors including the most common areas orders are being delivered to, versus less popular areas that would require a special trip to deliver. If you are in a rush, or ordering a birthday gift, please make sure to add to the comments section when checking out the time frame you would like your order sent. This time frame needs to at least give us a 3-day notice in order to plan for delivery accurately (for example you cannot request a delivery to be made within a day or 2 of order placement). We also cannot guarantee delivery timings but will try our best to do so! So please make sure you place your order in advance to guarantee it gets delivered in a timely manner. If you want to check whether or not we will be able to deliver at the date requested, please contact support.

  • Standard Delivery:
    0-1000 LE: 50 LE
    1000-2100 LE: 100 LE
    2100-3100 LE: 150 LE
    3100-7500 LE: 200 LE
    7500 LE and above: FREE

    Express Delivery:
    0-1000 LE: 100 LE
    1000-2100 LE: 150 LE
    2100-3100 LE: 200 LE
    3100-6000 LE: 250 LE
    6000 LE and above: 300 LE

    Same Day Shipping: 
    0-1000 LE: 150 LE
    1000-2100 LE: 200 LE
    2100-3100 LE: 250 LE
    3100-6000 LE: 300 LE
    6000 LE and above: 350 LE
     

Shipping Outside Cairo/Giza:

 

  • Orders outside of Cairo are shipped using different shipping companies according to the location. To make sure we ship to your area, please check if you find your governorate in the drop-down menu when completing an order.
  • Shipping times range from 1-2 weeks.
  • Shipping fees calculated for orders outside of Cairo/Giza are calculated differently. Each item has a separate delivery fee that will be calculated upon check-out. Here is a list of our products and their respective shipping rates:

For example, if you are ordering a learning tower and a sensory table, shipping cost will be 200 LE + 200 LE = 400 LE.
