For instance, wooden swings may be substituted with plastic swings, additional features like name tags/logos can be included, and options such as bucket pulleys are available upon request, at an extra cost (extras included on the last page). Payment Terms
  • Upon finalizing the design, a 50% deposit is required to commence production. Payment can be made via bank transfer or Instapay.
  • The remaining 50% is due on the delivery date, either during or immediately after installation. We will notify you in advance of the delivery date to facilitate timely preparation of the remaining balance.
  • VAT taxes are not included in the above prices. Should you require anelectronic invoice, an additional 14% will be applied to the price listed.
  • Our treehouses are crafted from beechpine wood, commonly referred to as Mosky, and are coated with twolayers of Epoxy varnish for weather resistance.
  • Regular maintenance,typically every 6 months, is recommended to preserve the wood'squality.
  • The first maintenance session within this timeframe is providedat no charge to ensure the wood's longevity.
  • Should maintenance be requiredbeyond the initial 6-month period, it will be offered at an additionalcost, contingent upon the condition of the treehouse.
  • While incidental exposure to water poses no threat to thewood, sustained exposure (e.g., garden sprinklers) may lead todiscoloration and wood damage.
  • Such issues can be addressedthrough maintenance, though restoration to its original condition maynot be fully achievable and will incur associated costs.
  • Continuous exposure to water that results in damage will void the free maintenance offer.
  • It is advisable for you to be present during theinstallation process to verify conformity with the agreed-upon design.
  • Any adjustments or corrections noted after the workers' departure will be addressed at the client's expense, particularly in terms of transportation
