We try our best to ensure that our products are well designed, accurately represented, and that they get to you safely. We apologize if we haven't been able to accomplish these goals.
Eftekassat’s Return & Exchange Policy is as follows:
- We do not accept returns unless you decide not to accept your order when the order is shipped to your doorstep. Please take the time to inspect the product to make sure it is up to your standards. After the delivery man leaves, you will not be able to request a return. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you have paid online and decided not to receive your order, your money will be refunded to you (minus the shipping fees that are non-refundable as mentioned above)
- If you notice a product defect, or are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to request an exchange, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition. The product you exchange it with must be the same cost or higher than your initial purchase.
- If the exchange is regarding a change of mind, and not a result of a manufacturing defect, you will also be requested to pay for the delivery of your exchanged product (and the difference of price, if any).
- Customized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded and require a 50% down payment to proceed.
- Eftekassat has a 3-year warranty period for all indoor products and a 1-year warranty period for outdoor products. If anything should happen to your product due to manufacturing issues and not due to mis-use or abuse, the products will be picked up, fixed and delivered, free of charge.
