HEBA KHALIFA
Managing Partner/Head of Operations & Quality Control
Heba graduated from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels and worked in different sectors at national and multinational firms before becoming one of Eftekassat’s managing partners. She started her career as an HR Assistant at an international chain hotel, then moved to a multinational Oil company as the Exploration Department Assistant continuing her career as a BD Coordinator at an energy generation and distribution company. Her passion for travel, exploring new places, getting to meet new people and excellent communication skills were behind her being selected as an Event Manager at a Japanese multinational pharmaceutical company for over 8 years. She faced many challenges in achieving a successful event which made her an expert at solving problems and handling customers complaints professionally.
At Eftekassat our clients’ satisfaction is our top priority! One of Heba’s responsibilities at Eftekassat is to provide customer support and continuous follow up on all orders. For any complaints/issues she will be there to assist you until your problem is solved and you are fully satisfied.

Due to her work in event management which included many details, Heba developed an eye for detail and that is why she was selected as head of Eftekassat’s quality control.
NOUR GHEITA
Managing Partner/Head of Marketing
Nour Gheita is a Managing Partner and Head of Marketing at Eftekassat. She worked in early childhood and elementary education for 5 years and has a postgraduate degree/teaching certification from the College of New Jersey, which she has completed back in 2016. After having children, Nour took some time off so she could spend more time with her kids. However, her passion towards teaching and childhood development lead her to join her mother and aunt in establishing Eftekassat, offering wooden furniture and toys that are long-lasting, mostly unavailable in the Egyptian market and support child development. This project was both convenient as she was able to provide her children with useful and beneficial products and also test out these products prior to release; and a way for her to use her teaching passion outside the classroom at a time when her children were still too little for her to commit to a full-time job.
Nour is now in charge of our social media page/marketing and new product releases. She spends her time helping mothers understand the use of our products and constantly posts ideas on our page to help educate families about the benefits of each one.
